Homework

Sunday is well known as a day of homework. Here I am making sure I am getting mine done. Don't tell anyone it was a Ben 10 game!

People who help us.

My homework this week is all about looking at people in our lives who help us. I have chosen firemen. Fire men help us because they stop fires. Firemen have great big lorries called Fire engines which have lots and lots of water in them to hep put out fires.

Firemen also need to use great big hoses that are more powerful than the ones we have in our gardens.

Firemen have special uniforms, they have great big yellow helmets which protect their heads and very strong boots that protect them from fire.

I got a lego Fireman kit and it also had an axe. The axe is to help firemen break doors and other things down so they can get to the fire quickly. They also sometimes use breathing masks to help them. Here are some words I know about firemen

Fire engine

Bell
Siren
Firestation
